HDI7 - 1G 1 or 2 Way 250W Dimmer on a Dimension Iridium Black Plate with Iridium Knob for CFL dimming

It is important to select the correct dimmer switch for your application so please read the following information carefully.

Our standard dimmers are recommended for mains voltage lighting only. For low voltage applications buy the Intelligent (IQ) Dimmer.

The lights are dimmed by a rotary control knob and turned on and off by a push on/push off action. When selecting this special dimmer add up the wattages of the bulbs you wish to dim, this dimmer can control between 1 and 4 Varilight Energy Saving Lamps.

This dimmer can also be used for mains incandescent GLS lamps (standard mains light bulbs), maximum load as specified on the dimmer.

You are not able to use Rotary Dimmers on Wire Wound Transformers or fans and other Inductive Loads (for these products see Intelligent Dimmers, Touch/Remote Dimmers, and Fan Regulators).



This product is best used for dimming Varilight's Dimmer Dimmable Energy Saving Lamps (yca20d-b22 OR yca20d-e27), it has been produced for this purpose.
