The VARILIGHT Dimmable Energy Saving Bulb

We have recently started specialising in Varilight’s DIMMABLE Energy Saving Light Bulbs, which have proven very popular because they can be dimmed to create warm ambient lighting whist reducing your carbon emissions and saving money. Until now, dimming energy saving bulbs has been out of the question, but due to ground breaking technology, the impossible is now possible.

The new VARILIGHT PowerGrid System


PowerGrid is a major new addition to the VARILIGHT Dimension range, enabling you to create countless tailor-made accessories for specific projects.  The PowerGrid system compliments the Dimension range in Stainless Steel, Mirror Chrome and Premium White finishes.  8 different sized plates are available in each finish, ranging from 1 gang to the 12 ‘mega-gang’.

Similar to DataGrid, this is a mix and match system, where you choose your plate, then the relevant inserts to create your custom product.  Available inserts include switches, intermediates, retractive switches, double pole switches, key switches, fuse holders, flex outlets, dimmers and neon indicators.

When you purchase a PowerGrid plate from 1 Stop Electrics, you will receive the decorative plate and the backing grid required to assemble the product.  It is then up to you to choose the modules that you require and simply clip the modules in when you receive the product.  That way you can create the product in the exact configuration that you require.

This certainly is a great innovation by VARILIGHT that will solve many age-old problems when installing custom circuits.
